Driver Training
DW Mechanical Handling is a leading training establishment for Forklift Driver Training, we provide specialist training packages for complete novices to experienced drivers who only require refresher training.
All training is carried out by our RTITB Instructors (RTITB is the largest lift truck training accrediting body in the UK and Ireland, recognised by the HSE, HSA and HSENI). We proudly boast 100% success rate due to our specialist instructor’s knowledge, teaching skills and patience with customers to whom forklift driving does not come naturally!
If your company or employees will be using Forklifts in any capacity, it is essential that driver training is provided to avoid accidents and injuries. Correct training will also significantly reduce truck downtime, racking and damage to products.
Our comprehensive training programmes include classroom and hands-on training to provide a thorough knowledge and understanding of the skills required to drive a forklift correctly and to ensure that all HSE (Health and Safety Executive) requirements are fully met.
